We will accept returns within 30 days of the item being received by the customer, so long as the item is returned in an undamaged condition. Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

If the item has been damaged in the shipping process, please contact us as soon as possible.

Personalised orders and earrings (for hygiene reasons) cannot be refunded unless they arrive damaged.

Due to Royal Mail regulations, one month must elapse before items are considered lost in transit, and refunds for loss cannot be processed until that time has elapsed.

We do not accept cancellations once your order has been made.

We send jewellery in the UK by First Class post.

International orders are sent International Tracked.

Our jewellery is made to be worn and not kept hiding in a jewellery box.

But here are a few tips to keeping it looking at its best.

Make your jewellery the last thing you put on after you have applied make-up, perfume and hairspray to avoid unnecessary contact with these chemicals.

You can swim and shower with our jewellery but it wont keep that sparkling finish.

You can exercise in our jewellery but again it wont look at its best, Take it off if you remember.

You may want to show off your jewellery on the beach and you can indeed wear it on the beach, but to keep it at its best keep it out of the direct sunlight, sand and salt water.
